When you come for your consultation, we begin with an orientation of the gym and a chat about what you are looking for, and goals you may haveWe then do a full Body Composition Analysis and Movement Screen. We use all this information to design your programme with us and suggest options we can provide for you.

There is nothing more exciting than taking part in your first session. We understand there may be some nerves and apprehension, but we are here to make it as easy and comfortable for you! For your first session, arrive 5/10mins early so we have ample time to show you the ropes, learn to foam roll, and get your bearings. Our coaches will introduce you to anyone else training at a similar time. Once you have had a roll, you will be guided through your warm up by your coach. The coach will then explain the session to you, and will be there to guide you through it the whole way through. At the end we will make sure you are booked in for your next session and you are free to go!

Most clients train 2 to 3 times a week. Once we have had your consultation, we will recommend what we think would work for you based on your goals, lifestyle, and recovery levels.

Yes, we can provide nutrition guidance in varying forms, from nutrition plans to calorie tracking, working alongside our body composition analysis to help you reach your goals.

Personal Training is just you and your coach. The coach will have sole attention on you, how you move, giving you the exact weights you’ll be lifting, everything you’d expect in your personal training session. In shared training, you will receive the same high level service, but sharing your coach with upto two other people.

Of course you can. As we are a small team of coaches, we are able to work with all our clients in both a personal training and shared environment, no problem.

Yes you can. We work with all kinds of injury, it is our speciality. We also look to help fix your injury in the long term using our sports injury and rehab services.

Injury Rehab

No you don’t. Just book in with one of our coaches and you are ready to go.

Common conditions we treat include back pain, shoulder injuries, knee problems, tendon issues. We also deal with sports specific injuries, and pre-post surgery rehabilitation.

Your rehab session is tailored to what you need and your condition. For a first session, there maybe some kind of assessment and treatment plan recommendation, followed by hands on treatment and aftercare advice. Later on, or depending on your condition, we may go on to the gym floor to go through injury rehabilitation exercises.

Yes, we specialise in “training around your condition”, so that you can stay active. There may be certain conditions where you may be recommended to not train, but these are injury and person specific.

We offer both acupuncture and dry needling as part of your treatment pan if clinically appropriate.

You may experience some discomfort during certain aspects of treatment, but nothing should feel sharp, dangerous or unsafe. We progress at your pace.

Where appropriate, we will provide at home guidance and exercises to help accelerate your programme.

Absolutely, we regularly help clients who have struggled for months or years.
Membership / Sessions / Pricing

At Tribe Sweat, we do not do traditional membership options. All our services are in blocks of 10 or PAYG. This means that you are not cramming in sessions that you couldn’t do earlier in the month, you can use your session allocation as quickly or slowly as you want, with the help of our recommendation. When you are out of credits, we will check you want to buy another and set you up.

No long term contracts need to be signed, just our gym terms and conditions and liability waiver.

You sure can. We can book you into a regular session time on a weekly basis, depending on whether we have availabilty to do so. If you can’t make it, just cancel within 24 hours and we will refund you the credit back.

We do not transfer credit ownership, they are for the sole use of that member.

There is no joining fee! Just your PAYG or block of credit payment, and that is it!

You have 6 months to use your credits before they expire, so plenty of time to use them. You can keep track of your credits through our booking app, accessible at any time, to give you peace of mind.

We certainly do, you can pay for an extra session through the app at booking, or with your coach, to top up your training.

We take credit and Debit Card payments. We can also take direct debit payments. We can also provide an invoicing service for corporate clients.

Yes, we do.

Your package includes nutritional support and guidance. If that is not enough, we do offer further Nutritional support, as an add on.
Studio Logistics

Our address is 16 Russell Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3AA
We are easy to find. Drive past the McDonald’s and turn into Rodney Way. Immoderately turn right into Russell Way. We are the last building on the right-hand side of the road.

We have ample parking for our members. Our parking is located in the car park at the very end of Russell Way. Our spaces are on the right hand side.

Bottle of water and a towel. You may want to bring some lifting gloves, if you don’t want to develop Calluses.

Am to arrive 5/10 mins before your session, so that you have ample time to foam roll and get yourself ready to train.

You can book your sessions through our booking app. You can also ask your coach to book you in, or message us.

We have a changing room and two showers, which are available for you to use!

Our studio is all on one level. We have a small step into the building but once in, the building is all one level. However we do not have accessible toilets.
