Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Tribe Sweat, we do not do traditional membership options. All our services are in blocks of 10 or PAYG. This means that you are not cramming in sessions that you couldn’t do earlier in the month, you can use your session allocation as quickly or slowly as you want, with the help of our recommendation. When you are out of credits, we will check you want to buy another and set you up.

  • No long term contracts need to be signed, just our gym terms and conditions and liability waiver.

  • You sure can. We can book you into a regular session time on a weekly basis, depending on whether we have availabilty to do so. If you can’t make it, just cancel within 24 hours and we will refund you the credit back.

  • We do not transfer credit ownership, they are for the sole use of that member.

  • There is no joining fee! Just your PAYG or block of credit payment, and that is it!

  • You have 6 months to use your credits before they expire, so plenty of time to use them. You can keep track of your credits through our booking app, accessible at any time, to give you peace of mind.

  • We certainly do, you can pay for an extra session through the app at booking, or with your coach, to top up your training.

  • We take credit and Debit Card payments. We can also take direct debit payments. We can also provide an invoicing service for corporate clients.

  • Yes, we do.

  • Your package includes nutritional support and guidance. If that is not enough, we do offer further Nutritional support, as an add on.

  • This programme is ideal if you:

    • Recovering from an injury and want to get started, but not sure where to begin

    All sessions are coached and adapted to your level.

  • Yes, this is one of the best programmes to start with if you’re new to the gym or personal training. We guide you through every session, so you never feel lost or unsure what to do.

    • Shared personal training sessions

    • A structured 4-week training plan

    • Coaching and accountability from experienced trainers

    • Habit and lifestyle support (including nutrition guidance)

    • Progress tracking so you can see real results

  • We aim for 2 personal training sessions per week as the foundation of the programme.

    This is deliberate. For most people, training more isn’t the problem—sticking to it consistently is.

    Two well-coached sessions each week gives you:

    • Enough stimulus to make real progress

    • Time to recover properly

    • A routine that fits around work, family, and life

    This is what allows you to stay consistent across the full programme—rather than burning out after week one.

    From there, we may guide you on simple additional activity (like steps or optional sessions) depending on your goals, but the priority is building a routine you can actually maintain.
